Barely Legal is certainly a brave move by which the winemaker created a fusion of Champagne and Istria and passed through it the flutter of the Chardonnay variety.
Marked with lemon yellow and delicate bubbles, this wine refreshes the senses with tones of green apple, lemon, lime peel, butter, acacia and pronounced yeast aromas of bread crust and brioche.
Perfect as an aperitif but also for pairing with raw fish. Serve chilled at 6- 8°C.
