It is dominated by yellow fruit, honey, citrus notes of lime, and a light aroma of toast and smoke.
Rich and creamy texture. Pronounced minerality with a long-lasting aftertaste.
Pair with mushrooms, truffles, smoked fish dishes and white meat. Serve at 14°C.
The wine is also suitable for ageing for 5- 7 years.
