Top-quality wine with a pronounced terroir produced from grapes from the sunny terraces of the vineyards on the Hill, in the historically excellent position of Grimalda. Medium-full body. Complex aromatic profile. It is dominated by yellow fruit, honey, citrus notes of lime, and a light aroma of toast and smoke. Rich and creamy texture. Pronounced minerality with a long-lasting aftertaste.
Pair with mushrooms, truffles, smoked fish dishes, and white meat. Serve at 14 °C. The wine is also suitable for aging for 5 – 7 years.
