Aura is a blend of wines of the varieties Malvazija Istarska, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc produced from grapes from an exceptional location of vineyards on Grimalda in Central Istria on gray soil.
A fresh elegant wine of fine structure with pronounced minerality. Dominated by notes of green apple, white flowers, citrus, and apricot with light hints of herbal notes.
A drinkable refreshing wine that excels in gastronomy due to food-friendly minerals but also excellent as an easy-drinking wine to enjoy.
Serve at 10- 12°C.
