This wine features a lovely straw-yellow colour with a golden sheen.
It is crystal clear and full-bodied. The nose presents with notes of ripe pear, followed by dried grass, dried almond and dried fig.
The wine is dry, warm and soft, while retaining a lovely freshness and mild tannins. I
t is flavourful and mineral with a full body. It is very well-balanced and has an intense, refined flavour with a lovely finish.
The wine is harmonious with notes of butter and bitter almond in the aftertaste.
It is best to serve with fish and white meat dishes. The recommended serving temperature is 12- 14°C.
