This wine features a wonderful straw-yellow colour with a golden sheen.
It is crystal clear and full-bodied. The bouquet opens with notes of quince compote, followed by dry fern, star anise, vanilla and herbs.
This wine is dry, partly warm and soft, while retaining a crisp freshness, mild tannins, excellent minerality and full body.
This is a wonderfully balanced wine with an intense flavour and a long finish. It is harmonious and flavourful with notes of butter, ripe peach and bitter almond in the aftertaste.
It is best to serve with prosciutto and all kinds of meat. The recommended serving temperature is 12- 14°C.
