In the glass it is bright and clear, with a persistent, fine and refined mousse. The bubbles are small, regular and beautifully integrated.
On the nose, pure and precise aromas of fresh citrus fruits—lemon zest and grapefruit—layered with classic autolytic notes of brioche, bakery yeast and subtly toasted nuts derived from extended lees ageing.
On the palate, fresh, juicy and well-balanced, with a creamy texture and very fine perlage. Lively acidity provides tension and linearity, while subtle minerality enhances depth and length. Long, clean and dry, marked by citrus and mineral notes.
