Zvirač Pelinkovac

The distillery Zvirač; is located in Trogir and specializes in producing
premium pelinkovac, an authentic Croatian beverage. Two years ago, this
distillery was launched by two young enthusiasts with a vision of creating
pelinkovac that surpasses anything currently available on the market. Their
pelinkovac, made with love and care, reflects the rich heritage of Dalmatia
but with a modern twist that makes it unique. Zvirač distillery uses the
highest quality ingredients, including local medicinal herbs and traditional
distillation methods, combined with innovative techniques to create a
product of extraordinary quality and flavour. The distillery's capacity is small,
producing only 150 litres per batch, allowing complete control over every
step of production. Everything is done by hand, from selecting herbs to final
packaging, ensuring top quality for each individual product. In the future,
the plan is to expand the range with new beverages also inspired by
authentic Croatian traditions.
