Škrlet is a rare autochthonous variety of wine in Croatia, grown on less than 100 ha of vineyards. Škrlet Private Collection of the family winery Trdenić exhibits the fragrant profile of green watermelon, white flowers, white strawberries, peaches and pineapple. The taste is silky, of medium acidity and pronounced minerality. Grown in the cellar with a special grape vinification from the best vineyard positions, it is characterised by fine alcohols and an excellent bouquet to taste.
We recommend serving it with white fish dishes, carpaccio, seafood, risotto, sushi and white meat dishes. Serve it at 10-12 C.
