Bordeaux’s grape varieties have been blown all over the world, and the prince of these vineyards – Merlot found its perfect location under the walls of the town of Velog Jože (John, the Giant).
Merlot yields excellent grapes in locations from which obtain high-quality wine.
Further on, age it in wooden barrels for 18 months.
This is how Tomaz “Silente” is made. It is a tender, soft, and velvety wine with an aroma reminiscent of berry fruits.
Paired amazingly with lighter meat sauces and grilled duck. It is best served at a temperature of 14- 16 °C.
