Muscat yellow 2024– Muscat yellow Šoškić presents a symphony of sweet notes and rich aromas. This semi-sweet gem is created by careful selection of grapes, hand-picked berries at our location in Gorička. Each berry brings with it sweet aromas and characteristics that make muscat a unique variety in the world. After harvesting and gentle pressing, the Muscat yellow juice begins with controlled fermentation where the temperature is carefully monitored to preserve the freshness and aromatics of the future wine. After fermentation, the wine is aged in tanks for six months, allowing it to achieve its full harmony and layering of flavors. Every drop of Muscat from Šoškić Yellow Winery carries with it a story about the sun, the location, the land and the passion of the winemakers who created it. To the eye, clear and clean, straw yellow with lots of thick wine tears. It needs a moment to catch the air before the aromas of yellow roses and floral honey, and dried sultana raisins open up. The taste is sweet and sweet with freshness that cleans the power of sugar and balances the whole taste and gives the wine drinkability. The elegance and gentle minerality of the still colder Plešivice climate is noticeable when tasting. Harmonious, with a powerful flavor intensity, it leaves a very delicious and enjoyable aftertaste that will perfectly accompany lighter sweetened desserts or the wine itself will be a dessert. 10 to 12 celsius in a tulip glass will be quite optimal for this delicious refreshing wine.
