A wine in which we allowed ourselves not to tell you the second variety.
The Haiku2 base makes the Rhine Riesling from our best positions, and we have given ourselves the right to remain silent for the second variety.
The color of apricot comes from a 200 days macerations. In the scent we feel the minimalist influence of a wooden TONO barrel.
When you open the bottle, you will feel the smell of apricots and orange peel filling the space.
On the palate, the wine reveals its harmony, but also the intensity that delights.
Although the wine has gone through a long process of maceration and ageing, each sip still provides refreshment and plays with your palette.
The roundness of the wine enables pairing with different cooking styles.
Fish with creamy sauces, grilled Saint-Jacques, mushroom risotto, pasta with rich sauces, but also grilled red meat and goulash go well with this wine.
