Graševina of the Šoškić winery is a confirmation of the winery’s art and dedication, born on the sunny slopes of the Rebri vineyard with privileged western exposure. While the first dawn illuminates the vineyard, our dedicated team of pickers carefully inspects each vine and selects only the best Graševina bunches. The process of wine production continues with controlled fermentation in a tank, which enables the preservation of the purity of the taste and aroma of our distinctive graševina. After fermentation, this excellent wine begins its journey of improvement and maturation. It spends three months aging gracefully in large wooden barrels, where it retains its vibrant fruit character and freshness. Each bottle of Šoškić Graševina is a celebration of tradition and innovation, carefully crafted to capture the essence of the terroir and the spirit of the vineyard. Clear, straw yellow color, medium color, with vivid, greenish reflections on the edge of the glass, this wine enchants with its loveliness. Aromatic with delicate notes of just ripe apples and delicate tones of ripe quince. With a clean and delicate taste, fruitiness and freshness dominate, leaving the impression of a beautifully balanced harmony. In a tulip-shaped glass, at a temperature of 10 to 12 degrees, this wine will provide a full spectrum of taste, softness and durability, and satisfaction. Due to its characteristics, our Graševina goes perfectly with lightly spiced dishes, fish, white meat or mildly spiced red meat.
Magnum wines are perfect for larger gatherings, offering a more elegant and impressive aesthetic for your guests. Wines bottled in magnums age better and more slowly, consistently delivering superior flavor compared to those aged in standard bottles. A magnum is equivalent to two standard wine bottles (1.5L).
