Šokac Plum brandy is the most important, most recognizable, and most awarded brandy (varietal spirit) of Distillery Šokac. The plum used in the production comes exclusively from their own estates located on the Psunj hill. The golden color and wonderful aromas are created by aging the distillate in Slavonian oak barrels for many years. This brandy has won gold medals and won championship titles at numerous domestic and international quality evaluations, as well as lovers in Croatia and the World.
The suggested serving temperature is 8 – 10 °C. It should be served chilled and neat, no ice. Goes well alone or paired with fish salads.
