Mala Nevina was obtained as the second blend of Nevina, which means that this wine is obtained from Malvazija Istarska and Chardonnay, which are not used for Nevina.
It is aged alone for a couple of months in concrete eggs and wood and has been available since the same year of the first aperture.
It comes from the vineyard of Saint Ante in Radovani, central Istria, which is rich in red soil and limestone and is extremely suitable for white varieties.
Gastro-recommendation with main dishes of white meat and noble fish, but due to the emphasized aroma, it also goes with risottos or asparagus.
