It is dark ruby, and you can already feel the “different” character of this blue on the nose- the smell of ripe peach and Mediterranean plants.
It is completely dry, and at the same time delicious.
The taste is dominated by beautiful fruitiness, with respectable minerality given the age of the vineyards.
The wine is full-bodied, certainly still very young and on an upward trajectory. The wood will surely fit even better shortly.
The finish is harmonious, with accentuated tannins, typical of Plavac.
Gastro recommendation all baked and spicy dishes (broth, pasticada, venison), spicy and fatty fish, and our recommendation is boar or rabbit, aged sheep cheese. Serving temperature 16- 18°C.
