Dingač is Plavac mali from the best wine-growing area in Croatia, Saints Hills pride, the vineyard Saint Lucia, Dingač.
This vineyard is rich in everything that pleases this variety: sun, calcareous soil full of quartz, and mineral soil, and good winds.
Plavac that grows here has specific pronounced aromas of prunes, cherries, and secondary aromas of tobacco and dark chocolate.
Extremely rich and fragrant, it remains drinkable and mild on the palate.
It is aged for 24 months in new barrique barrels of French oak, and after 3 years in the basement, it sees the light of day.
Great with all meat dishes, dark chocolate desserts, with aged cheeses, and also with a good cigar.
A wine that will fulfill every part of your palate.
Serving temperature 16- 18°C.
