The limited edition of Šovran – Istrian Brandy XO of the Rossi family is the first domestic XO (extra old) special brandy made from indigenous Teran, produced in the tradition of best French cognacs.
After a quadruple distillation of fermented must of the finest Teran grapes, it ages for ten years in French oak barrique barrels used in the production of the most prestigious French cognacs.
Due to its premium quality and a long production process, it proudly bears the name ‘Šovran’ – the Istrian term for a sovereign, ruler, king.
Suggested serving is at room temperature.
It should be served neat, no ice.
Goes well alone or paired with dark chocolate and/or premium cigars.
Šovran comes in a handmade premium box.
