Moro of the Rossi family is paying homage to the great-great-grandfather’s pet and his only helper at that time – a donkey called Moro.
Moro is an excellently balanced coupage of deep ruby red color, elegant and well rounded on the palate.
Its nose is fruity blueberry and raspberry with a fine note of dark chocolate and black pepper.
Excellent with venison and red meat, aged high-fat cheeses, and chocolate sweets.
Serving temperature 16- 18 °C.
