The limited edition of Malvazija Templara is Grand Cru of the Rossi family – wine produced from the oldest vines grown on best positions.
Crystal clear of noble straw yellow color, on the nose reminiscent of acacia flower followed by fruit notes of apple, plum and apricot, and bread crust and vanilla.
Exceptionally harmonious and rounded, distinguished wine with moderate acids.
Excellent pairing with scampi risotto, Istrian fuži pasta with truffles, seashell, and asparagus tagliatelle.
Serving temperature 10 – 12°C.
