Istrian Malvasia of the Rossy family is a traditionally produced Istrian pomace brandy made by distillation of selected domestic indigenous Malvasia grape pomace. Four times distilled to gain its intensive richness and elegance of taste in addition to crystal clarity and transparency. The subtle varietal aroma accompanies the scent of flowers, citrus fruit peel, and herbs. On the palate dry and pleasantly warm, with a long-lasting and soft finish.
The suggested serving temperature is 8 – 10 °C. It should be served chilled and neat, no ice. Goes well alone or paired with fish carpaccio.
