Andante – Balsamic Vinegar
Andante is a complex vinegar made from the must of Istrian grapes, aged for at least 3 years in small wooden barrels (batterie) using the Italian “aceto balsamico” method. Its sophistication and rich flavor make it an ideal addition to dishes such as cheese platters and steaks, and its sweetness beautifully rounds off even the most intricate dishes.
