The color is pale lemon with some golden tinges.
On the nose, it is nicely pronounced, not too intense, just right.
It shows the pure and youthful aroma of Muscat grape, peach, and pineapple. Slightly spicy.
Medium sweet on the palate, with nice balancing freshness coming from both acidity and touch of carbon dioxide that remained during fermentation.
Lighter in body with a quite intense flavor on the palate.
Long muscat-full and spicy finish.
Very pure and well-defined Muscat with a character and depth.
Best to drink now, while youthful, keeping its primary fruit aromas. It will stay fresh for 2-3 more years.
Perfect on its own at the end of the meal. Try also with fruit salads made of peaches and other juicy yellow fruits or with ice cream. Serving temperature 8°C.
