Kota 325 Sparkling Wine is made from Sauvignon and Chardonnay grapes. It is the freshest sparkling wine from the Kota winery. The nose is dominated by grassy Sauvignon aromas with a hint of white pepper. The fine, small, and numerous bubbles enhance the Sauvignon notes. On the palate, the flavor of white pepper is repeated along with a touch of aromatic herbs. It is a harmonious wine where the taste and aromas are perfectly matched. The wine has a lighter, more elegant body with a refreshing finish. It pairs ideally with fresh shellfish and aromatic salads, as well as lightly pickled salads without dairy additions.
