Fresh, aromatic and full wine. Bouquet, which makes the most of sauvignon’s character, is very clear and recognizable by the fragrance of freshly picked elderflower and freshly cut grass.
Sauvignon, with it’s pronounced freshness, has the power to make most meals more splendid and more brilliant. So a “must do” is sauvignon paired with asparagus on scrembled eggs or a risotto. Exotic cuisine with typical sweet and sour sauces pairs well with sauvignon as well as fish carpaccio, cold seafood salads or white fish served with lemon juice, arugula and balsamic vinegar. Serve chilled at 10 to 12 °C.
