Wine with a fuscous red color followed by a sumptuous blackberry and blueberry bouquet, which continues on to a soft tannic taste. The blend of two premium varieties, cabernet franc and merlot, achieves a perfect harmony of taste, and the aging in barrique barrels gives it an extra note of complexity.
Due to tannins and their pleasant tartaric acids, this red cuvée goes well with red meat such as medium grilled beefsteak, rib eye steak, venison, game, lamb and blue fish. Some heavier and more aromatic cheeses are also a perfect pairing choice. Recommended serving temperature is 18 to 20 °C.
