Chardonnay is full and rich, with a soft taste. The discreet fruity aromas of apricots and peaches protrude deeply in the rich scents of fresh bread crust, butter and nuts. The wine was fermented and aged for 9 months in oak barrels on fine lees by sur lie method.
Excellent with chicken dishes, hard cheeses, and seafood appetizers. Serving temperature 10 – 12 °C.
