On the nose, emphasized complexity, spicy notes, and ripe fruit, ginger, overripe apple – very thick wine. Well-integrated wood allows this wine the best possible expression of the potential of this variety. Made from partly dried grapes with a slow natural fermentation. Gently honeyed baked apple and sultana, creamy texture backed by fresh acidity.
We recommend it with complex white sauces, white meat, and light meat dishes. A wine that covers a wide range of dishes.
