Along with the indigenous, Istrian varieties, the vineyard cultivates the international sorts as well – Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot – from which Grabar is made.
By growing international varieties they want to show that the Istrian terroir is not suitable only for local Istrian varieties, but also for wines of an international character.
The whole grape to wine process makes this an ideal partner for game and dried meat dishes. Serve at a temperature of 16- 18 °C.
Decant half an hour before consumption.
