This Muscat from a specific micro-location of San Salvatore, planted at 400 meters above sea level, makes for a complex, full-bodied sweet wine pronouncedly characteristic of its variety. It was aged in oak barrels for 24 months.
Recommended with different kinds of dried fruits, soft cheese with honey, desserts like cheesecake, and similar. Served at temperature 10 – 12 °C.
