This complex Malvazija has exceptional minerality; it is full-bodied, with pronounced characteristics of variety and fruitiness.
For a better quality of grapes, they have minimized their vineyards’ yields in Turkovo, located at an altitude of 350 meters.
Malvazija Anno Domini was aged in oak barrels for 24 months, following a 15-day maceration with excellent aging potential.
It is best served with fresh cheese (ricotta) with honey, fish, and white meat dishes. It kisses very well with truffles. The recommended serving temperature is 14 °C.
