This cuve comes from the vineyards of St. Elizabeth, located at 300 – 350 meters above sea level. Caldierosso is a complex, harmonious structure with a beautiful freshness characterized by aromas of raspberry, vanilla, strawberry, blueberry, carob, and spicy notes of oregano. The wine was aged for a year in oak barrels after maceration for five days.
It paired amazingly with lighter meat sauces and grilled duck. It is best to be served at a temperature of 14 – 16 °C.
