Black is 100% Plavac Mali which comes from two Dalmatian vineyards Saint Roko in Komarna and Saint Lucia in Dingač.
It comes as the second blend of these two Plavac Mali, that part of the wine that is not Dingač or Saint Roko.
Aged in large wooden tanks, concrete, and small barrique barrels.
The younger brother of these two Plavac Mali goes with grilled bluefish, meat, or classic dishes with meat sauces. Hard cheeses and dried fruits.
Serving temperature 14- 16°C.
