A specially cultivated wine obtained from grapes from the best locations of the Galić winery. Fermentation took place in controlled conditions in barrels of 225L and 500L made of French and Slavonian oak, and Slavonian acacia. A full-bodied wine, with complex notes of butter, peach, and a light mineral finish. The wine was aged on a fine lees (sur lie) in barrels for 9 months.
This white blend goes great with white meats, tuna, and white fish with a higher percentage of fat such as Amberjack (Gof). Serve at a temperature of 10 – 12 °C.
