The seller guarantees that, at the time of handover to the delivery service, the food product is properly packaged and maintained under appropriate temperature conditions.
Customer complaints relating to the spoilage of a food product caused by inadequate transport conditions after collection, or by delays in collection, will not be accepted, and we shall not be held liable for such cases.
