Grk Sur Lie is matured for one year in large 2000 l Garbellotto Slavonian oak barrels. This is the first Zure winery wine made by the sur lie method, which involves aging during vinification on its own lees, and contributes to more complex aromatic notes and fuller taste of the wine.
It pairs beautifully with shellfish, crab, squid and other seafood as well as strong cheeses. It accompanies black cuttlefish risotto particularly well. Serve at 14 C.
