We use only the best local fruit at full maturity, and after removing the pits, the finely ground pear puree goes through a process of controlled fermentation and develops its best aromas and alcohols at the optimal temperature.
We distill brandy in copper stills (alambic charentais), which are still the first choice of the world’s best distilleries, and through double distillation, with the separation of all bad alcohol at the beginning and end of distillation, we get a premium product.
One bottle of Viljamovka Vertigo requires as much as 10 kg of pears.
It has 40% alcohol and suggested serving temperature is at 5°C.
