Ager is a dry white wine with geographical origin from the Island Hvar with the best-chosen locality. It is produced from hand selection picked grapes from autochthonous Island Hvar cultivars Bogdanuša and Parč, locality Poljica, Grebišće, Kruševje and Vrboska in old Greeks discovery Ager and it is under the protection of UNESCO. That’s why this premium series is called exactly Ager. It is greenish-yellow color, balanced characteristic-aromatic fresh taste, and smell. Before bottling, wine lays out a minimum of 12 – 18 months.
It is recommended to serve at temperatures from 10 – 14 °C with the finest meals of white meat and fish.
PLANČIĆ AGER 2021 – With a long tradition in winemaking, Plančić winery was established in 1985 on Hvar island. The concept of a winery is based exclusively on the production of wines that originate from indigenous Hvar grape varieties.
