Grk ”Bartul” – a top quality dry white wine from the indigenous variety Grk. As the grapes used come from new karst vineyards, the wine has a new style and direction compared to the traditional sandy fields production of this variety.  Grk is a very specific vine sort as the male flower has no function, and a different variety of flower is required for pollination. This trait is shared by only 1% of all vine varieties in the world.

This full-bodied wine pairs particularly well with white meats, but it also has enough fullness for grilled meats and saltwater fish like a gilt-head bream or a common dentex.
