Deep, dark ruby-red color. Complex fruit flavors on black currant, plum, sparkling notes sprinkled with pepper. In the mouth rich and full, ripe sweet tannins, but fresh and firm, leaves a long-lasting delicious taste. 

Best served chilled at 18 – 20 °C with red meat and game dishes, steaks, mature cheeses, strong meats, and meat sauces.
