On the nose it expresses the scents of dried fruit (figs, apricots, almonds), pronounced notes of caramel, honey and spices such as cinnamon and coriander turmeric and cinnamon.

Full-bodied wine, extremely complex, soft and rounded.

Selection of grapes from terraced vineyards on sandy white soil, north-west warm exposure.

Fermentation with maceration of berries for 15 days, natural yeast from the vineyard prepared for 7 days pied de cuve starter method.

Natural low-lactic fermentation, aged on yeast sediment for 12 months in neutral oak barrels of 225L.
