Šoškić Komovica pomance brandy is a completely natural brandy based exclusively on grape coma, which is a by-product of it’s own wine production.
The wine kom is pressed moderately so that there is enough must left in the Komovica mixture.
After pressing, Kom remains on the fermentation for a month and then is double distilled in a copper cauldron in the traditional way.
Such processing methods provide an intoxicating wine aroma and an extremely drinkable taste of Komovica pomance brandy.
Komovica pomance brandy is the base for all liqueurs of the Šoškić winery.
The suggested serving temperature is 8-10°C.
Ideal to serve as an aperitif, previously well chilled.
