Plavac Mali is red dry wine produced from the homonymous autochthone Dalmatian cultivars, locality Dračev Dolac, Krušvica, and Podhum. It is a deeply red color, nice expressed sorts aromas, soft and harmonious taste. Before bottling, wine lays out a minimum of 16 months in oak barrels and inox tanks.

 

It is recommended to be served in a decanter on temperature from 16 – 18 °C with meals of dark meat and wild animals meat dishes.
