Pharos Reserva is a dry red wine produced barrique technology from the Island Hvar’s geographical origin with the best-chosen locality. It is produced by hand selection picked grapes from autochthone Dalmatian cultivar Plavac Mali from the best south locality called Pharos: Plaža, Krušvica, and Poljica. Wine is dark red ruby color, rich combined characteristic sort, and barrique taste and smell. Before bottling, wine lays out a minimum of 36 months; 18-24 months in oak barrique barrels. Vintage 2015. is produced in 2400 bottles.
It is recommended to serve necessarily decanting 15 – 30 minutes before on temperature from 16 – 18°C with the finest meals from dark meat and wild dishes.
