Pharos Opol is a traditional wine from the village of Svirče on the Island of Hvar. It is a dry rose wine produced from autochthonous Dalmatian varieties Plavac Mali from the soil of the best origin of selected localities Dačev Dolac, Krušvica, and Svirče. It is deep pink, with a beautiful and delicate characteristic aroma of Plavac Mali, fresh and harmonious, mixed with a nice fruity scent. At least 12 months should be set aside before bottling the wine. Vintage 2017. is produced in 4133 bottles with a maceration of 36 hours.

 

It is recommended to serve at temperatures from 10 – 14°C with meals from white meat and bluefish or on the temperature from 14 – 16°C served with meals from dark meat.
