Ager Reserva is a dry white wine with geographical origin from the Island Hvar with the best-chosen locality. It is produced from hand selection picked grapes from autochthonous island Hvar cultivars Bogdanuša and Parč, locality Poljica, Grebišće, Kruševje and Vrboska in old Greeks discovery Ager and it is under the protection of UNESCO. That’s why their premium series is called exactly Ager. It is yellowish to yellow color, full, fresh, aromatic and harmonious taste and smell with a discreet ending taste of vanilla. Before bottling, wine lays out a minimum of 18 months, 3-6 months in oak barrique barrels.
It is recommended to serve at temperatures from 10 – 14°C with meals of white meat and noble fish.
