Due to the influence of acacia barrels, which are not often used for aging Istrian Malvasia, the wine has exceptional authenticity.

Due to its expressive character, longevity, and fuller body, Alba Robinia is an excellent accompaniment to various dishes, especially Istrian prosciutto. It goes well with dishes that are usually served with red wines of a lighter body. Serve at a temperature of 14 °C.
