Opaque wine, dark red, with shades of ruby on the border. The aroma is pleasant and mild, spicy notes originating from oak, reminiscent of the aroma of cedar, fruitiness, and freshness of black currant, which is eventually covered by tones of prunes and black cherries.
It is recommended with all meat dishes of lamb, game, stews, and mature cheeses. Serving temperature 15 – 18 °C.
