Violetta 2019 displays a medium-deep salmon color.

Medium intense on the nose with youthful bright cherry, raspberry, and grapefruit combined with some fresh apples and lemons at the back.

In a word, loads of playful freshness in the bottle.

Dry on the palate, medium-bodied, with moderate acidities.

Good fruit persistence and character similar to what is found on the nose but adding some extra layers on the palate.

Being in between a cheerful rose and a straightforward wine, Violetta may be enjoyed for both occasional pleasure but also in a serious wine and food pairing.

Violetta is an all-rounder that can be well served as an aperitif but will give lots of pleasure through the meal.

It will even work as a steward with most of the main dishes.
