GALIĆ PINOT NOIR 2018

The wine of an elegant ruby colour, typical of Pinot Noir. The pronounced and beautiful scent of cherries and wild strawberries develops towards the spicy scent of nutmeg and hints of tobacco and dark chocolate. Velvety tannins are complemented with pleasant and gentle acidity, creating a sensational feeling in the mouth. The wine was matured in 500L oak barrels for 12 months.

It pairs perfectly with roast goose, duck and feathered game of a gentler flavour such as pheasant; lamb and goat meat, blue fish like tuna, greater amberjack or a larger Atlantic bonito. Its best characteristics are most distinguishable when served at the temperatures of between 14-16 C in a large Burgundy glass.
